I appreciate the customer service of Webnet. Winnie helped me a lot with my mail issues and in setting up email account using outlook express. I was pestering her but she was very kind and professional. I am very happy with you guys, I will recommend and bring more people. We will be working together. All the best Webnet!

Just wanted to make a few comments on chat at 7:50 PM 01/21/2010. I talked with ( Jona ) and he resolved an on going problem online in a short period of time. I just wanted to say he done a fine job. I know it seems as Webnet has been having some problems in the last few months. This seems to build up a little lost ground when you have a fast friendly fix to the problem.

This is a short email to bring to your attention the excellent job Edwin did on solving the phpBB database connection issues I had. Edwin managed to get my database up and running again quickly. Edward took over and managed to re-install and re-create a phpBB3 database for me for future use. The were both very helpful, quick and efficient. Dear Webnet, I have DNR account : jodomain I had an issue with my DNR account, so I went to Webnet Live Support, I was very pleased of being served by one of the most professional people I have met..Edward resolved my issue quickly and professionally. I got confused and provided a wrong username, he was so polite and helpful even though I wasted his time.

I have been using Webnet for a couple of years, having moved my sites from jolis.net because of their very poor and abusive customer service. I have nothing but good to relay about Webnet. I have changed my accounts several times and they have been very willing to help.
